That's rough isn't it. I used to take my niece to the playground.....boring!!! She always wanted to go too! I tried to play with her. Once when she was about 6 she begged me to climb across this rope bridge (you dangle and pull yourself across) well, I don't recommend trying that if you haven't dangled since you grew up......lol. Hope you found something to do without stifling your child!!

Oh Shana, there are so many Halloween projects I want to work on, but with everything going on, it just feels like all the fun is getting yanked from right under my feet! I think there may very well be a fair amount of "random" on my OWN blog for THIS month!.. Hope you're enjoying your weekend! ~tina

He's 2? It was around 2.5/3ish before I let mine play by themselves on the playground. Otherwise I was up there climbing, sliding and bouncing around with them. Mine are 16 months apart and now 3.5 and almost 5, so they navigate most playgrounds really well. I also got them into tumbling for a few months and that helped with their confidence and understanding balance and agility of their little bodies.

Cute blog! I came over from Sarah's Sweet Hearts and Sweet Mama Jones talks about your blog often. :)

Parks are scary! I only go with my husband and then one of us is up on the equipment with Rew, and the other is on the ground ready to catch him. :-)I openly admit I am neurotic, but as mama used to say, "I don't have spares".
